Trader Joes Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Trader Joes Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you love Trader Joes and pumpkin spice as much as I do, then you need to try these cookies! Not only are they delicious, but they are so easy to make. The dry ingredients are prepared in the can, all you have to do is add one egg, two tablespoons of water, and a stick of butter. It could not be easier than that. After you combine all of the ingredients, they cook in the oven for only 12 minutes. My cookies did not flatten out, so I simply pressed them with my spatula in the second half of their baking.

If you are iffy about pumpkin, listen to this. My mom hates pumpkin. She doesn’t like pumpkin in bread, coffee, or any pasta dish. But she liked these cookies! So, give them a try, you might be surprised.

In a time like this, where many people are struggling with their mental health and well-being, it is important to spread kindness. I have always loved to bake and hand out my creations with friends and classmates. When I made these cookies, I wanted others to enjoy them as much as I do. I packaged them up into fall themed bags and handed them out to my friends. I regularly pickup leftover food from bakeries and bring them to my local food bank. This week, I packaged the rest of the cookies into a box and delivered them with the bakery items to the food bank.

Leave a comment if you have ever tried these or once you try these yummy pumpkin treats:)

Spread the love
