Ingredients
  1. 4 oz vanilla yogurt
  2. 1 1/2 cups frozen berries
  3. 1 tablespoon honey
  4. 1/3 cup milk, more or less depending how thick/thin you like it
  5. Coconut flakes or coconut chips (optional)
  6. Granola (optional)
  7. Dried cranberries (optional)
  8. Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add frozen berries, milk, and yogurt. You can add the honey now or drizzle it on top at the end. The smoothie can be thin or thick, but remember it’s a smoothie bowl so it shouldn’t be too thin.
  2. Once the smoothie has a good consistency, pour into a bowl you’ll be eating from.
  3. The next step is up to you based on how you want your smoothie toppings to look and be assembled.
  4. Hopefully from my pictures you get some inspiration for the toppings.
