Avocado Toast

Try making these amazing, mini, avocado toasts!

This snack is so quick and simple, yet so delicious. 

All you need to make this is any kind of thick bread, I used a French baguette, avocados, and salt. 

Just slice the bread as thick as you’d like and toast. Then mash up your avocados and add the salt. Spoon the avocado onto your toasted bread, serve, and enjoy!

I really love avocado toast with a poached egg. It really brings all the flavors together. Friedman’s in New York has an amazing avocado toast with a poached egg and sprouts. 10/10!
