Ravioli with Creamy Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 20 oz ravioli, frozen or homemade
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- 1/2 cup peas
- Handful of spinach
- Dash of garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook ravioli following directions as given
Sauce

Heat pan on medium and add oil

Once heated add garlic, let cook for about 3 seconds. Add in cream and half and half

Once simmered, add in pesto

Add peas and spinach, cover and let simmer for 2-3 minutes

Combine parmesan and season with salt pepper, and garlic powder.

Add cooked ravioli, cover and let simmer for 1 minute
