Ravioli with Creamy Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  • 20 oz ravioli, frozen or homemade
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 3 tbsp parmesan
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • Handful of spinach
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook ravioli following directions as given

Sauce
  1. Heat pan on medium and add oil

  2. Once heated add garlic, let cook for about 3 seconds. Add in cream and half and half

  3. Once simmered, add in pesto

  4. Add peas and spinach, cover and let simmer for 2-3 minutes

  5. Combine parmesan and season with salt pepper, and garlic powder.

  6. Add cooked ravioli, cover and let simmer for 1 minute
